Food Kognate

Food industry professionals - manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and consultants - had no single place to connect, network, and find each other. Relationships and knowledge-sharing were scattered across disconnected channels, with no dedicated platform built for how the industry actually operates. Food Kognate needed a home-base that could bring this fragmented community together.

We began by internalizing the existing manual workflow end-to-end before redesigning the platform around it. A key part of the work was data segregation - consolidating information that was scattered across multiple channels into a single, structured system - before building out the directories, articles, Q&A, job listings, and endorsement features that now power the platform.

The result is a single connected platform where food industry professionals can network, share knowledge, and find each other - manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and consultants, all in one place instead of scattered across disconnected channels.
