Problem Statement

A modern, mobile-first banking platform built to feel as approachable as the customers it serves.

Challenge

Unity Bank needed its digital presence to match the expectations of a new generation of banking customers - one that expects the ease and warmth of a consumer app, not the stiff, transactional feel of a traditional bank website. Behind the scenes, account data, lead-gen campaigns, and customer feedback were running through disconnected processes, with no centralized way for teams to manage or act on them.

A traditional bank website that needed to feel as approachable as a modern consumer app.

Our Approach

We developed and now maintain Unity Bank's corporate website - a modern, mobile-first platform designed for a younger audience. Alongside, we built a custom admin panel on a microservices architecture to manage DEAF account data, run lead-gen campaigns, and route feedback directly into the bank's CRM. With role-based access control, superadmins can assign product owners to modules, ensuring centralized oversight with clear accountability.

Tech stack

AWS · Docker · Figma · Git · MySQL · Vercel

The Outcome

The result is a banking platform that feels less like a bank and more like the apps its younger customers already use every day - fast, mobile-first, and easy to navigate - while giving Unity Bank's internal teams a single, centralized system to manage accounts, leads, and feedback with full accountability.
